This weekend, Yale New Haven Health identified an issue affecting IT services across our Health System. This issue was immediately identified by our Digital and Technology Solutions team, who quickly began working to mitigate the issue and launched an investigation into its source.

Westerly, RI (Nov. 15, 2024) ꟷ Westerly Hospital earned an “A” Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group, an independent national nonprofit watchdog focused on patient safety. Leapfrog assigns an “A,” “B,” “C,” “D” or “F” grade to general hospitals across the country based on over 30 performance measures reflecting errors, accidents, injuries and infections, as well as the systems hospitals have in place to prevent them.
